How collection works
From spare drawer to certified recycling in four short steps — the whole thing takes five minutes of your time.
Tell us what you've got
Fill in the booking form — list device types, quantity and condition. Takes about 2 minutes.
Get a collection slot
We confirm by email within a few hours and offer the next available Leeds slot (usually within 48 hours).
We pick it up
We pick it up from your door. You'll need to be home so we can collect the devices and answer any quick questions.
We wipe & recycle
Storage is securely wiped to NCSC-approved UK standards. Working devices go to refurbishment; the rest to certified WEEE processing.
What happens to your device
The lifecycle after collection.
Tested & graded
Every device is tested, graded (A to C / non-working) and routed: working → refurbish, broken → parts recovery, dead → WEEE.
Refurbished & reused
Working devices are wiped, serviced and either donated to Leeds community projects or sold to support the project.
Responsibly recycled
Beyond repair? Handed to a licensed WEEE processor who recovers metals, plastics and rare earths.
